3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one joya444 account. joya444 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is detected, joya444 reserves the right to close the duplicate account without notice, void any bonus balances held in it, and in cases of intentional duplicate account creation for bonus abuse purposes, close all associated accounts and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. joya444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify joya444 support immediately. joya444 implements OTP (one-time password) verification for new-device logins and enforces automatic session timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity as standard security measures.

4.1 Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your joya444 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. joya444 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing. Maximum single deposit amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Pending withdrawals may be subject to a review period of up to 24 hours. joya444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
4.3 Dormant Account Policy
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. joya444 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and contacting support. Players will be notified by email 30 days before the dormant account fee commences.
joya444 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms prevail.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus amounts credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times over). Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports betting typically contributes 100% toward the requirement, while live casino games may contribute 15%–20% and classic slots 80%–100%. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds expire 30 days after the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met. Free bets and free spins expire 7 days after credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A palpable error is one that a reasonable player would recognise as an obvious mistake. In such cases, joya444 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance without any winnings component.
6.3 Game Integrity

joya444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information, transaction records, and communication logs in response to legally valid requests. Players who engage in conduct that joya444 reasonably suspects constitutes criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
joya444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if joya444 reasonably determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if closure is required for regulatory, legal, or operational reasons.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting joya444 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, joya444 will process any eligible pending withdrawal before closing the account. Active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure unless the player has satisfied the wagering requirement in full before the closure is processed.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
joya444 provides a self-exclusion tool that allows players to voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances
